I can walk, jog, and even bend over and shake my head and the thing still stays in place, without an ear hook. It is super light and very comfortable. I've worn it for 6 hours straight without discomfort.
-The volume is great. -I have been told by everyone that I've spoken to that the clarity of my voice is better with this unit than when using the phone without it. (blackberry cruve).
