The stereo extension looks very similar to the one on the S100 model, which I own. Beware of the fact that the rubber fittings come off very easily and tend to get lost (when you put the extension in your pocket for instance). This would not be very bad, if only you could order a rubber new fitting kit (they come in 3 sizes). Unfortunately, this was not an option for the S100, and you can not use the extension without the rubber fitter (it does not stay in your ear)... :-(MobiFren GBH-S200 Stereo & Mono Bluetooth Headset Overview
