It's a simple case to use. Snap on the two separate sides, and you're all done! The case doesn't seem to scratch up easily, which is a plus. It's not a soft jelly-like or silicone case, it's a hard plastic case, with a soft finish, like a satin finish, but no rubbery coating. I would have liked if it had a slightly rubberized coating on it, since it is in the description, to help keep the phone from slipping across slick surfaces, but all in all, a great case! The color in the picture is accurate, it's a lavender shade of purple, not too much, not too little, it's just enough. There are cut outs in all the right places for access to the buttons on the phone and the camera/flash, and the case doesn't add much bulk to the phone.What I did not realize, is that this case came with a swivel clip that fits the case included. It would have been nice to see instructions with that, but it wasn't really a difficult thing to figure out.
